Programs start at $3,500 for up to 20 participants. Additional participants are $50 each. Every proposal is adjusted for venue, travel, mural format, timing, and optional entertainment.
Optional upgrades include a DJ, full sound, an emcee, and live breakers. ARES has a full event team and can support multiple opportunities based on staffing and scope.

How many people can participate?
The experience works well for groups of 10 to 100 or more. ARES adjusts the mural format, artist staffing, stations, and timing to keep participation organized.
Does our venue need a wall?
No. ARES brings a freestanding mural surface, art materials, protective floor covering, and the team needed to run the experience at your office, hotel, conference venue, or retreat location.
Do participants need art experience?
Not at all. Professional artists guide the group through a clear collaborative process, so everyone can contribute and the finished mural still looks polished.
Can the mural match our company or event?
Yes. The concept can incorporate your brand colors, values, campaign, team theme, city, or a message developed with your event organizer.
What happens to the finished mural?
Your company keeps the completed artwork as a lasting reminder of the experience. We plan the surface and size around where you would like to display it.
